One of the most important things about Happy Spectacular is that we help you find your happy and spectacular, and in order to do that, we need to figure out what actually makes you happy and what doesn’t. There’s both an art and science to it.

We’re reclaiming the word “pseudoscience” (despite the fact that Wikipedia considers it to be such a pejorative term). In the mounds and masses of research that we churn out in our laboratories laptops, we don’t pretend to be bound by the trappings of the rigorous scientific method – we use a loose interpretation of it in ways we think make sense.

Our first act as officially unofficial pseudoscientists is to figure out where people are at work, emotionally. We want to know how you feel about your work, your boss, your pay, your direction, and your motivations too. It sounds like a lot, but everything is totally confidential and should take you less than 20 minutes.

So, do us a favor please: Take our pseudoscientific survey to help us help you, and keep checking back for results (they’ll come out some day): Career Assessment
