So, what do you do?

I am a residential real estate broker. Within that broad umbrella, I wear a number of hats. I represent Sellers with the sale of their home. I assist buyers with the purchase of their home. I represent developers with sales and marketing efforts for pre/new and existing development and construction.

What does a typical day or (if there isn’t a typical day) week look like for you?

Every day is different and no two transactions are the same. With that, a typical day is ever evolving. The only consistency in my profession is an ability to shift from several roles within minutes and hours 24/7. An ability to multitask and remain detail orientated is imperative to my success. In an effort to remain engaged with my clients and their needs – I have created several best practices to allow me to stay present, available and motivated. Exercise, diet, and balance are important personal outlets that allow me to perform at a high level with enthusiasm and confidence.

What are the most important skills/ experience when it comes to succeeding in your role?

Exceptional interpersonal, verbal communication, and interactive skills enable me to effectively work with buyers, sellers, and agents in the toughest of negotiations. I take a strong leadership role in managing client expectations and truly believe in dedicated service during and after the sale. As a result, my business is heavily maintained by referral and repeat clientele. With minimal market time and a business plan tailored to each individual, I pride myself on completing every transaction to the exact liking of my clients. I maintain a professional yet personal appeal when representing both buyers and sellers through education, creative financing and adaptation to the rapidly changing market conditions. I have a paperless business. With the use of virtual showing assistance and digital signatures, my clients are able to make offers, sign documents, & review all materials from anywhere in the world. I am committed to providing the highest level of client services with not only the use of breakthrough technology but also making sure to personally communicate with all parties involved in each transaction. As business continues to become less reliant on face-to-face interaction, I remain committed to the value of relationships. To assist me in my rapidly growing business, I also have a team of true professionals. Their quick study and commitment to a likeminded business approach has allowed me to supersede all expectations.
